cathyped « Sun May 17, 2009 6:13 pm » Hi guys, just failed the papersift for Nottinghamshire Police for the 2nd time?? Just Dont understand what I am doing wrong? The sheet that comes back to you when you don't pass, explains that I passed all of the competency questions, all at level B which is a pass grade. However it then goes on to say that I need extra help with my written, work as I may fail at the assesment centre. Before I sent the application 3 people checked my application for grammer and spellings. I can honestly say hand on heart my writing was neater than nea and if the written was that bad how an earth have a managed to score B's? I re-applied 3 months after my other application was refused. I am 36 years old and I have 6 points on my driving licence for minor offences could this be anything to do with my faliure????? I have a male friend that was a PCSO for Leicestershire ( who has recently just become a PC) He has looked at my application and said it was better than his???? HELP! This is putting me off re-applying again!
